Project Steel  is our  most recent acquisition. This is a 4-plex. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 washroom boasting over 700sq ft. 

All units have separate hydro meters, gas meters, and furnace. On closing there are 2 vacant units. Plan is to renovate the 2 units to provide tenants with in-suite laundry and A/C.
